6 Days of Medicinal Mushroom (MM) workshop in Chiangmai, Thailand.
Day 6 : Observing MM in their natural environments on the monk’s trail of Doi Suthep mountain.
This has been an amazing week of rediscovering what MM are, where they live and what they can do for us…

Day 5 of the Medicinal Mushroom workshop in Chiangmai…
Making 2 powder extractions :
– one with a sundried mix of 5 different MM
– and another one with a one year old bottle of fermented Shiitaki MM
Also learned how to add Mycorrhiza to a Green Olive seedling to make it grow stronger and faster. Very exciting because this is one tree we do not have in the garden yet.
And, in the lucky draw, I won a Petri
dish with a Master of Oyster MM for further reproduction ad internam…
A lot of fun and fascinating stuff to learn!

DAY 4 : The healthy things you can make and eat with Medicinal Mushrooms (MM) during Day 4 of the MM workshop.

We also learned about the medicinal benefits of 20 MM and pickled MM into a yummy salad.
