WHAT MAKES OTHERS FALL IN LOVE WITH YOU ?
YOUR ENERGY is how you make them feel this. AND ALSO BEING YOURSELF, grounded and mindful at all times, instead of rushing around to see and experience more (of what?)
IT IS NOT your physique, that makes others fall in love with you.
It is NOT your money, nor your profession that makes you magnetic.
What makes you unforgettable is how you transform the hearts of those around you with your mere presence…
THAT IS YOUR ENERGY.
THAT IS YOUR POWER.
The Pineal Gland
Ancient Egyptians and Sumerians knew that the Pineal gland, that small, pea-sized gland inside our brains, was the key to unlocking the mysteries of the Universe.
Once you activate this gland by making these lifestyle changes, you will be able to easily connect with the universe, with your higher self, find your soulmate, find your life’s true purpose, create more wealth, etc…
– Start by living a simpler life, by making small lifestyle changes like no cold drinks, much less (or no) mobile phone, TV and MSG loaded food.
– By exercising gently twice a day and sweating : when you physically move during the day, you will get more tired during the night and you will sleep better.
– Coming from a business background where you mainly deal with FACTS, my first REIKI training in 1993, helped a lot to get me on that path, even though I did not quite believe in what it could do, at that time…
– Eating wholesome (organic) FOODS, no meat and no alcohol, was another big step.
– So did SLEEPING EARLY every night, latest by 10pm but better by 9pm.
When you sleep early, your tiny Pineal gland, releases these 4 hormones every night, but ONLY between 9pm and 2 am.
1. We naturally release MELATONIN during those times : called the fix and rejuvenate night time hormone.
2. Another hormone is SERATONIN, the mood hormone. If you want to feel good, go to bed early.
3. The next hormone is AGININE VASOTOCIN. This is our natural painkiller. It puts you into a deep sleep faster and longer.
4. APITHYLAMINE is the 4th hormone released during the night.
-It increases your learning capacity and helps to retain info.
-It also slows down ageing. Interested?
I have been sharing this information with my students and patients during the past 35 years.
Most find this hard to believe, at first, because it sounds too simple… but you can use this knowledge to change your own lives in unbelievable ways!
